If you are a smoker and you want to cleanse your lungs you should consume onion, garlic, ginger and turmeric in big amounts. All these ingredients will help you prevent many malignant diseases. Turmeric is the best among them since it has antibacterial, antiviral and anticancer properties. What is more It contains an abundance of omega-3 fatty acids and is recommended to use it on a daily basis. The following is a recipe of a remedy that is great for cleansing your lungs.
- 1 liter of water
- 1 kg of onions
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric
- Small peeled ginger root
- 400 grams of brown sugar
Pour the sugar in a bowl and put the mixture on stove. Peel the onions and cut them on quarters then add them to the water together with the ground ginger and turmeric. Once the mixture starts boiling reduce the fire but leave it on the stove until the liquid is reduced by half. When you finish cooking strain the mixture and store it into glass jar. Wait some time in order for it to cools down and put it in the fridge.
Take 2 tablespoons of this remedy every morning on empty stomach and in the evening 2 hours before dinner.
